It is our pleasure to announce Elias Rashmawi as our new vice president in charge of environmental services. Elias brings over 20 years of experience in Brownfield cleanup and land development that has included numerous projects in Northern California. For the past six years, Elias has directed the massive cleanup and infrastructure development at the Downtown Sacramento Railyards, arguably the largest infill project in the nation. Elias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in hydraulics of water systems, University of California, Davis, 1986 and a Masters in civil engineering, University of California, Davis, 1988. Vali Cooper and Associates, Inc. is Pleased to Announce Rany Chek, PE as Our New Bay Area Regional Manager
It is our pleasure to announce Rany Chek, P.E. as our new Bay Area Regional Manager. Rany brings over 18 years of experience in the transportation industry including 11 years with VC&A. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions within the transportation sector that include: resident engineer, assistant resident engineer, structure representative, and inspector. He has been responsible for management and coordination of construction projects for an array of clients both public and private. Rany is a California Registered Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. More about Rany....
